This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the heart of North Park. The room for rent is the master bedroom and has its own private bathroom and large stand-up shower. Water/sewage, internet, and SDGE are included in the rent. Washer/dryer unit located in the condo. Master bedroom will be unfurnished; pictures include a dresser and TV, which can be left in the room if you’d like. Condo will be shared with a graduate student who occupies second bedroom.

I’m a 35 year old graduate student at UCSD; I spend half of my days working from home and the other half working from my office on campus. I’m very clean, quiet, friendly, and fully vaccinated; I’m looking for a roommate that’s similar.
