1 large bedroom with shared bathroom in a 2 story house. Utilities included. Hidden Valley area off of Mira Loma in Rosewood Lakes subdivision. Biking/walking path nearby. Tennis court and club house. Shared office so no work from home situations. Room is for one person only. Must have verifiable income, with check stubs. Would be a plus if you love dogs, I have 1 and am fostering another. Must carry own renter’s insurance.
No smoking, vaping or illegal drug use.
About the roomies
You would have 2 roommates, 1 over 50 and 1 under 50. We are both tidy, clean up after ourselves and keep the shared areas of the house clean, especially the kitchen and dining areas.
