Xavior Avenue

This is the primary bedroom with an attached bathroom in a recently renovated 3/2 apartment. It is on the second floor and there is a screened in porch as well as an individual staircase leading to this apartment only. The community is gated and just a few minutes from highway entrances as well as the airport. There are a lot of parks and other community based areas nearby to explore and potentially get involved in. It is also close enough to downtown Orlando to visit often without some of the hassle that comes with downtown, like the traffic and higher prices. Students preferred.

I am a college student looking to rent out/ sublease my room so I can return home to help with some things. The other two roomies are also college students, one male and one female and all three of us care about creating an open and healthy environment where we can feel supported, but still free to explore our own needs and/or wants.
