Julia's room

Sunny room available in Bushwick just a moment away from the Dekalb L train. Room comes with semi-private bathroom (doubles as guest bathroom). You would be living with 2 roommates (creatives in their 30s) and 2 cute cats! Building comes with many amenities including free laundry, elevator, and a gym. We also have a dishwasher and a balcony which we use for growing vegetables in the warmer months.

The room comes with a small closet and it’s own heating/cooling unit. It is not very big but will comfortably fit a full size bed (other roommates have also done a queen in the past). This room/home is recommended for someone who is more minimalist or perhaps new to the city. We have everything else you might need in this apartment including many kitchen appliances and a projector for watching movies. ​

Rent is $1300 and INCLUDES UTILITIES. Agreement is month-to-month with minimum 30 days notice for vacating. One month security deposit required. NO COUPLES.

We are a couple, both creatives. One of us is freelance and the other is full time on site at his job and teaches (remotely for now) two nights a week. When we’re not working, we love playing with our kitties, cooking and watching movies.
