20th Avenue Northeast

My brother and I are looking for a new roommate, our other roommate is moving out due to job relocation. We live in a 3 bedroom townhouse, each room has its own bathroom. The room available is on the first floor, The Main floor has a nice spacious kitchen and living area and there’s also a half bathroom. There is also a one car garage available for parking. The house is located off 145th, right on the Seattle/Shoreline border but we’re on the Seattle side:) I love this townhouse! The townhouse is also close to bus lines as well. it might be a little far but its worth the commute. My Brother and I are both in our twenties and each work full time. I also have a cat named Hoshi who is apart of the household:) We’re looking for someone who is respectful, can maintain boundaries and easy going and fun.
