HI! Looking for a month to month roommate in my furnished home with a garage in Windsor! You would have the master with an en-suite private bathroom. Furnished or un-furnished. I work at Colorado State University and live in the basement. I’m very relaxed and easy-going, but cleanliness is important to me. We will share the kitchen and the living room. Looking for a respectful roommate who will take care of the space who needs a comfortable space to settle in for a little. Half a mile from the Old Town Windsor - so in Windsor proper. Right between Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley. 20-30 minutes from all of those.

There is me in the basement. There is one other roommate and he lives on the main floor and a super well-behaved and handsome pup (2-year old black lab) who is mostly outside. The pup is only in the common areas when one of us is around. You have tons of private space in the bedroom too, but I want you to feel at home since it would be your home too. Happy to hang out and socialize, but also respect if you prefer to keep to yourself :)
