This is a single family home. Owner is Single male flight attendant. Renter will have access to the home, living area, kitchen, washer and dryer and yard. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, Dresser, and a Television connected for Internet TV (bring your own log in)bathroom is shared as it is the main bath on upper floor. Currently only occupant is the owner. The yard has a privacy fence, and most neighbors are on story. Rules of the home specifically are no smoking indoors, no drugs and please remove shoes indoors especially on the carpet.
