I’m landlord you lives downstairs room with own bathroom. At work most the time 5 to 6 days a week 4am to 3 am. Have a puppy German Shepherd 3 year old well trained well behaved never goes upstairs I’m here stays downstairs . And her help herself outside with doggie door. You will Have two roommates upstairs share Hallway bathroom with one other person. Other roommate has a master bedroom with master suite and bathroom walk-in closet. Kitchen and laundry privileges. Parking available in front of house on street. No overnight guest. Visitors ok. 8am to 8pm.
