UNIQUE, PRIVATE BEDROOMS ARE CONVERTIBLE: airy, loft-style w/doors open; private w/doors closed; bedrooms have no shared walls; plentiful 150 sq ft each. Home is approx 1350 sq ft overall. SKYLIGHTS. 18’ CEILING in dining room. Completed refurbishing just before pandemic started: BRAND NEW appliances & fixtures, kitchen countertops & sink, floors (wood downstairs, carpet upstairs). Central air & heat. Portable compact washer (convenient community laundry room also available.)

Can provide furnishings for your bedroom, if needed. Fully furnished home otherwise. Upstairs BA is yours/semi-shared (vanity cabinets are all yours) – when I’m home, 1x/day I take quick shower (I do travel). You’re welcome to use my bathroom (downstairs) as well (cabinets are mine).

About me: Vegetarian, so don’t cook meat in my home; you’ll have access to outdoor grill and dishwasher.

Short walk to Tujunga Village (walk NE) & Ventura Bl (walk SW) w/lots of local businesses/restaurants/TJ/CVS/Vons & neighborhood Farmers Market every weekend. Also, exactly mile from Wilacre Park for Fryman Canyon hiking trails & hilltop views.

Definitely flexible, but ideally long-term. Quiet non-smoking property w/ twelve units total.
