About the room
Stats: -Room size is 11x12 (132 sq. ft) -Window, closet and lockable door -Standalone house off of main road, 2,250 sq. ft -4 bed, 2.5 bathrooms -Good size kitchen and living area (w/ pool table)
Description: Nice clean house with space for various activities, like reading, cooking, or whatever your heart desires.
Shared bathroom with one other roommate. Though there are double vanities, and the shower/toilet area is separated by another door.
Not too concerned about roommate gender or age, but someone who occasionally enjoys a couple drinks and is in general a chill person would be appreciated. I will ask to meet before agreeing to let you live here, just to make sure we are simpatico.
About the roomies
Me (Kevin) and my roommate are a couple of 25ish year old guys living the high life in Tigard OR. I am a process engineer and he does marketing. We game hard and stay up late, but the house is fairly quiet most of the time. Also, we are both vaxed and boosted.
