Manhattan Avenue

Looking to fill the second room in my two bedroom apartment in Greenpoint! It’s a railroad style apartment with the bedrooms on opposite ends so there’s plenty of privacy. The room is really spacious and bright and comes with an enormous standing closet. The living room, kitchen (dishwasher included) and bathroom are all furnished and I love decorating and dyi so the space is cozy and fun.

The location couldn’t be better, half a block from the G train and a 10 min walk to the gorgeous waterfront, with everything you could need on the street. Greenpoint is so nice, it’s the perfect mix of chill neighborhood vibes, with fun bars and restaurants.

Looking for a chill and respectful roommate who’s vaxxed and responsible. I’m pretty easy going, I like to keep up with cleaning but not be strict about it, just contribute and we’re cool. I work primarily from home, I like to listen to music or watch tv and cook, go out to the bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and have people over occasionally. It would be great to have someone who’s down to hang out sometimes, but also cool to do our own thing in the space! Can’t wait to chat :)
