About the roomies
I am laid back, quiet, and paid rent on time for the past four years. I don’t use the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and prefer 9-5 working professionals with financial stability to share the townhouse in this heated rental market. Ideally, everyone saves some rent money with no drama. The rental lease is unfurnished, although I currently set up some furniture in the bedrooms and common living area.
