We are ages 23-28. We are all working full time responsible independent adults and looking for an individual who is the same. No tobacco smoker, no drugs, (although 420 friendly.) No pets. Willing to do a basic criminal background and income check.

Rent is 690/mo which includes utilities. Refundable Deposit is 690. First month’s rent + Deposit is required to move in. Will be on a month-to-month basis. Room is available for move in right away.

The house is 4 bedroom 1.5 bath. All common places are shared and kept clean. The room is your own and is unfurnished. The room size is about 12ft by 11.5ft with a closet. Cabled internet is wired to room with wifi throughout the house. We are in the Lynnwood/Edmonds area close to Highway 99.
