I live 10 minutes away from the airport and right next to South Mountain. The view is beautiful and if you like hiking it’s a few minutes drive to go hike it. I have no houses behind me. Just a school and for the most part is very quiet. Lots of walkways and parks near me. Good size backyard and patio to enjoy AZ nice weather. I’m also a quick ride to downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale if you enjoy night life and yummy food. I have my largest room available with a fully furnished room with a king size bed available.
Im a night nurse and I have two elderly quiet dogs that live on the premises. This house is always clean. I have two roommates. My cousin who is male and goes to school at ASU. The other one is female and works at a bridal dress shop. We all doing our own thing. Pretty quiet bunch. Not a party house.
