Gorgeous 2 story home in the southwest. Close to shopping, 2 parks, Wet N Wild, and school. Easy access to freeway. Fresh paint, new laminate wood flooring, New blinds, New microwave, New Stove and new Reverse osmosis water purification system. Upgraded washer, dryer, and refrigerator, alarm system with front door camera, and most importantly Gigabit internet. Close to 3 major shopping centers. Closest is on Durango and Warm Springs where there is a Smiths and Vons, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase, Nevada State Bank, and WestStar Credit Union(NavyFed on 215 and Rainbow), even a KFC across from a Popeyes. Area is booming with new things on the way: Uncommons, The Bend, Lifetime Gym and another shopping center being built across from Ikea, Durango Station Casino being built, and Costco in the works on Buffalo and 215. Not really home so you’d be enjoying the house more than I am. All bills are included.
