• Lots of quiet-street parking (reserved parking negotiable)

• No pets allowed

• I don’t care if you are vaccinated or not

• No smoking (420 friendly tho)

• Walk distance to all Laguna Art Galleries

• Room size 10 x 14 ft

• Sky window, nobody above your room.

• bad credit is ok but I still need to run a background report

• if you’re paid in cash, are going to get a job in the future, or just going to school… that is ok, but expect to provide some evidence of ability to pay rent

• No garage, no storage

• No couch potatoes please, no pot heads

• The room is furnished

• The kitchen/living room are furnished. I would like to keep the place like simple and somewhat minimalist

My 6yo daughter stays with me 30% of the time, every other weekend. She is adorable. For that reason, females preferred
