Bo's room

Hello! The house is in the heart of Valencia, 2 minutes from the 5-freeway, Cal-Arts, College of the Canyons, Henry Mayo Hospital, and Granary Square. Along with that, we are blocks away from a nice park, with several paseos and bike paths nearby.

Utilities and internet are provided with the rent. The bathroom is shared, but shouldn’t ever be an issue. Has a washer/dryer as well. 2 cats live at the house so if you are allergic, this isn’t the place for you. Also cannot take any new animals, as the cats are super territorial. The house-life is laidback, everyone pretty much keeping to themselves, but am down to be friends and talk/hangout once in a while! You have complete access to the family room +living room that any roommate can use to watch tv/movies or just lounge about.

**non-negotiable, the room has a bed + frame that has to stay in there.

Had several issues with a past male tenant, would like to meet you once somewhere public, then show you the place on a different day to see if we are a good fit.
