Looking for two roommates, $500 a piece, or 1 roommate at $900 a month. The rooms are unfurnished. Reasonable sized common space also mostly unfurnished.

I’m unmarried, 39 years old, from Minnesota, been here almost a year. I stay drama free, passed the party phase but I do enjoy some beers and a spliff after work. I work about 40-50 hours a week, 6:30-15:30.
