One private room with a shared bathroom for rent. This is not the whole house. $900 with utilities included except internet. Can be short term or long term.

This is in Beaverton about .6 miles to the Willow Creek Transit Center (TriMet) MAX light rail stops (Blue/Red line). Close to Nike HQ, Intel. Close to 185th and Baseline.

Room: The room is furnished with a queen size bed. If you don’t want the bed, we can arrange it to be empty. There is a half bathroom downstairs that no one really use.

There are only 2 of us living so you will be the 3rd person. We don’t cook much and are very clean, quiet, and we keep it to ourselves.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectable and quiet. Someone who will clean up after themselves in the kitchen and common area would be great.
