A mid size room in a 4 bedroom apartment ready for rent! In the apartment there is a spacious living room with a TV, nice kitchen, bathroom with a tub, and a storage place. There is a heating system and AC. The washer and dryer are in the basement. I don’t have the dimensions of the room but it’s relatively spacious. You can easily fit there a queen sized bed. It’s unfurnished and it was also recently renovated. The room is at the very end of the apartment, right next to the kitchen so it gives some nice privacy. The apartment is located on the second floor of the 2 unit house. Downstairs there is another apartment also with 4 students that we would hang out with very often :) There is a small shop on the corner of the street right next to the apartment. There is a bus stop right next to the shop. Very close nearby there is Subway and Walgreens. 8 minute drive to the UMaine campus. There is also a parking space available. The rent is 562.50 per month with everything included. The lease is good until June. The rent is due the 1st day of every month.

There are 3 other students in the apartment, all very friendly all chill. They are all students going to UMaine :)
