Starlight Glen

Hello Students of Cal State San Marcos and Palomar College, We have a 4 bedroom and 2 1/2 bathroom house located 10 minute drive away from Cal State San Marcos and Palomar College. We are looking for students to live in their own private room, fully furnished and equipped house. Each room comes with its own bed,mattress,bedding,closet,dressers, desk and lamps. Just as a reminder this is not a shared room, it is private as seen in the pictures below. Included: All utilities including water,electricity,cable,trash, Flat Screen TV,Netflix, Internet, and furniture. Amenities including fully furnished home and fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in home. Our house is located in a safe neighborhood and gated community with a pool,hot tub and gym. TO sum it up: If you need a quite,safe, nice and clean environment to concentrate on your education then this is the right place for you.

The rent is $1000 monthly, (NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES). The refundable deposit is $400.00.

College students and working professionals, mid and early 20s. Non-smoking and non drinking room mates.
