About the room
A fully furnished master bedroom and a private bathroom. The room is also soundproof. Come with a personal fridge and a microwave (not in the photo). You are also welcome to use our kitchen and other areas. We have a large backyard so dogs are welcome as well. Our house is 5-10 minutes to Intel, Nike, and grocery stores.
Rent is $900 + Utilities ($100) including water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric, and 600Mbps Wi-Fi $35 application fee to cover basic background check If you have a dog, we do charge one time $100 fee
About the roomies
My husband and I are young working professionals in our late 20s with no kids. We have a dog named Cookie (The Coo). She is super friendly and get along very well with other dogs. Due to the nature of my job, I will be traveling most of the time. Sometime I will bring my wife with me so you can have the whole house! But please keep it clean.
