Private room with a deck entrance. Large, open living room space with kitchen and a shared bathroom. Located 2 miles from the University of Connecticut Campus, lots of parking and friendly neighbors. You will be taking over the lease from February 1st to May 30th and will be living with a 21-year-old female who is a student at UConn. There will be an option to extend the lease with the landlord if wanted. Utilities and wifi are not included in the monthly rent payment. Ideal roommate would be female and in her early 20s.
