Hello!!

One of my roommates is moving out and we are looking for someone to move into her room starting April 15th 2018 (there may be some flexibility for later than April 15th). We have a 6 month lease with our landlord and the rent of this room is $1100 and non-negotiable.

The House: is located in a perfect location in Montrose. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores and clothing boutiques. We have a grill in the back with a wrap around stone seating area to hang out. There is a patio off of the living room and my bedroom. We are in a gated community with 12 other houses. The house has a security system and a 2 car garage. There is a washer and dryer in the house. You will need to furnish your room but the rest of the house is furnished. This house is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath.

Roommates: You will have 2 roommates also living in this house. I’m Lindsay (28 from Pittsburgh) and Stephanie (26 from London). We are looking for someone who will be in their 20s or early 30s. We both work a normal schedule 8-5pm during the week but enjoy their time off on the weekends to occasionally go out and lounge around! We are all very easy-going people but definitely like to keep the house clean.

Rent: $1100 for this room and it’s available starting April 15th. You will need to commit to sign a 6 month lease with our landlord. Utilities are typically $100 on top which includes electric, gas, wifi, security…

The Room: Includes it’s own bathroom with a walk in closet, with entry doors to our patio in the back. It’s located in the first floor.
