The house layout has two wings. One wing with 2 bedrooms and a private bath is available to rent. This would be ideal for 2 people either as roommates with a shared bathroom and/or someone looking for a remote office and bedroom. The house has a very open layout with a large living room with a fireplace and a large enclosed lanai with a jacuzzi.

There is currently a brand new futon in one of the bedrooms. This can either be removed or can be used by the renter.

The community has a shared pool, tennis courts, a playground and fishing available for residents.

I am an older gentleman looking to make use of extra room in my house. I have a dog, Maya, who is approximately 4 years old and 45 lbs pit mix. Maya is an absolute lover and not a barker. I’m an attorney and generally tidy and quiet.
