Great unfurnished room and private bathroom for rent in Mountain’s Edge. Safe neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Garage parking available for small car or small SUV, otherwise street parking (no driveway). Fiber internet, nest thermostat and ring video doorbell for added security. Small backyard. Prefer no kids or other pets as I have a senior dog who needs a quiet house. Would love to have a professional person for 3-6 months to start. Utilities vary from $100-150 each per mo. Can provide queen bed if needed. You will have access to the laundry, living room and kitchen as well. 3bd 2.5 ba house.

I’m a professor at a local university and a full time doctoral student doing research online from home this spring. I have a 12 year old Carolina Dog who is super friendly with people. I’m quiet, respectful, vegan, and love to volunteer in the community. I take Covid seriously and expect the same from a roommate. I’ve been living in this house for over a year and really like the neighborhood.
