Well kept 2 story house. A short walk to lovely Bassett Creek Park. Renting a bedroom. Rest of apartment is furnished. There are 2 full bathrooms. All furnishings provided, aside from bedroom furniture. You are welcome to bring some household furnishings, should you prefer that. There are several disco balls across the premises. Month will simply be month-to-month, tenancy at will. All utilities are included in the rent!

Jimmy (32) is the property manager and other active tenant. The landlord Alex (Jimmy’s brother) is mostly away, but may visit at times throughout the year. Seeking a roommate who doesn’t mind cleaning from time to time, and is respectful of household norms etc. I have lived 5 years in Germany and moved here as an engineer. It’s a fantastic house, especially for the price, as all utilities are provided, and we offer a garage parking spot (SUV or Truck is questionable however).
