Roommate wanted to share a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse in Redondo Beach. This place is in great shape, 2002 house. Excellent location on Meyer Lane, just over a mile to both Hermosa and Redondo beach.Great access to both Hermosa and Redondo piers and shopping. This 2400 sqft house w/street parking, free washer/dryer, huge private patio, tiled/marble bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, granite and marble, fireplace, soft and filtered water throughout the house, air filter machines, Infrared Sauna AND bi-monthly common area maid service!!

Everyone cool, friendly and responsible. The bedroom you’d be renting is on the top level, and is unfurnished but could be furnished for an additional charge. It fits a queen bed, shelves, drawers, nightstand and desk. This room size is medium for CA (13ft by 10.5 ft), high ceilings and has a mirrored closet too, ceiling fan, big window. The bathroom will be shared with one other person. For the price in this neighborhood you really can’t beat it!

Here’s a little about us – we own the place and rent the rooms out to mid-young professionals.  I’m a homemaker/LMU Graduate, my husband is a professor, other roommates are our daughter (23) who is an LMU Grad with an Fine Arts degree who also specializes in Nail design and her boyfriend (27) who is very nice. This is a place for creative types.  We offer a friendly, drama free environment. Ages range from 62-23. My Husband and I love to cook, exercise (ok well maybe not love, haha), but we do love movies, music, theater, concerts, board games, books, anything creative and traveling. My daughter and her BF and both establishing their careers so are mostly out working. We try to maintain a healthy lifestyle and healthy environment through cooking good healthy food, and providing clean air, clean water and through using the infrared sauna. Everyone pretty much is coming or going, doing their own thing, but all very friendly people and respectful of each other and the common areas.

Here’s a little about who we’re looking for – we would like to live with someone that is generally a happy person, cares about their health, likes to keep the place clean, definitely need to pay bills on time! No pets, already have a friendly cat here. No “420” in our house. This is not a party house. However, we do understand about health issues and are open to discussion on this topic. We want someone who is able to prove a stable income, do a credit check ($30 cash upon filling out application). Must be able to sign a 6 month lease then after that can go to a month to month.
