The Paseo

This is one of 3 rooms and 1 apartment that I have available. I live in a large 5 bedroom house with two kitchens and 3 bathrooms. Your room will be fully furnished including a T.V. unless you prefer your own (fiber internet and cable included), new bedding, swapping colors is not a huge issue. I have fans (for those that need the white noise) and space heaters (for those that always seem to be cold) upon request. All rooms have a roomy closet and dresser space. Use of two shared kitchens and 2 shared bathrooms. (the apartment has it’s own bath). Laundry room (you’ll need to provide your own supplies and store in your room). Smoking is allowed outside. (must use an ashtray!) Street parking in front (Drive wise, I am 15 mins from everything KC). Buses: 85 in front of house, 47, MMAX, 35 & 401 within 10 min walking distance. I have 24 hour home surveillance.

I live alone, but I do have a life of my own. I have an attached apartment and 3 rooms for rent so the tenants will vary upon move in and out dates. I have 2 dogs, 1 is a blind 12 yr old Tibetan Terrier the other is a 3 1/3 yr old foster dog. I also have a kitten whom thinks he is a dog. The animals keep to themselves, I have a grooming studio in my basement and I train as well. Still I prefer the room doors to remain shut, to a pet… an open door is an open invitation. My living room, dining room, kitchen and sun room are treated such as a common area. This goes for the front porch and back yard, just remember to communicate.
