I am renting this room in my apartment, ready to move in as soon as possible, not furnished. I am looking for new roommates, females only, someone that wants to stay long term and that it’s okay by being in the lease. Has to be someone responsible, mature, that minds their own business, respectful and that doesn’t cause troubles, that doesn’t smoke. No pets allowed, only small pets. Each room has their walking closet,, and going to share the bathroom. The room is $700 per month, electricity included. No deposit or last month deposit needed.
