Cameron's room

This room is situated in the Southeast corner of Scottsdale and Camelback. A great location for those looking to frequent bars, restaurants, and other amenities. In terms of the townhome, you’ll get this room with an en suite bathroom. In-unit laundry, and a street parking pass. The room measures 10’x13’. No pets, no drugs besides alcohol please. Utilities will be split. Internet is via cable and very fast. The room is unfurnished, but I do have some living room furniture, and a dining table in place.

I’m a 24 year old male, and a recent grad from ASU working from home. I generally like to cook, work on my cars, and watch F1 and NBA games. Otherwise I am working from home full time. I like to have friends over from time to time but never massive parties. I do enjoy using my stereo from time to time when cooking or working.
