East 10th Avenue

Hi everyone,

I have a room for rent in a Cap Hill (10th and Emerson) town home. The 1000sq/ft unit has amazing charm with wood floors, exposed brick and a clawfoot tub. The room itself is on the smaller side (12.5ft x 6ft) but there is a basement with a ton of storage. Washer and dryer in the unit. Rent is currently $500/ month per person because the landlord is building an apartment building in the backyard. This rate will probably last until June and then will go up to around the old price of $850. A deposit of $850 will be required on move in. Utilities and internet usually run around $60-$90 per person depending on the season. I would prefer no more animals as my dog can be kind of weird toward certain animals but this can be explored further if it’s the right fit. Move in would be around April 1st but I’m pretty flexible on this.

About me: I’m a 28 year old marketing professional. I do photography and web development on the side. I live with my amazing 8 year old golden retriver Sofie and my super friendly year old kitten Charlie. I love to read, cook, work out, Netflix, and go see live music.
