Safe, vibrant, quiet, cool area. Large private room available in South Williamsburg! Near waterfront, Marcy J/M/Z stop and the Williamsburg bridge. Room opens to the kitchen and living room, fits a queen size bed and dresser comfortably and features a built in closet. Spacious yet cozy home atmosphere and mellow space that is maintained clean and inviting at all times. Living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared and left super clean. Large couch in living room and lots of big green plants to relax after a long day. Looking for someone that does not work from home. Have lived here for 3 years, attentive landlord, 3rd floor walk up, sunny nice living space. Conveniently close to many supermarkets (Whole Foods/Trader Joe’s/Brooklyn market), deli’s, restaurants, and bars. Laundry two short blocks over (drop off/ and self-service). Includes wifi, gas, electric, hot water, general house cleaning supplies, toilet paper/ paper towels etc… if bill exceeds the included amount, I’ll send a Venmo for the difference that month.

Artist/ designer with own business for over a decade, and service industry worker. Reasonable cool mellow human. Female, early 30’s, working hard on my career, yet making sure to have fun and enjoy life as much as possible along the way! My hours and schedule changes frequently. Sometimes early, late, or in-between. The apartment is large enough and separated where we both have enough of our own personal space. Work a lot, but do enjoy relaxing on couch, a good bottle of wine with a good meal, and great company from time to time. Love my plants and keeping the space feeling cozy and inviting. It’s peaceful to come home here after a long day. Lots of charm and character. Roommates are always welcome to join and share kitchen and living space when I’m using, it’s your home as well, I like everyone to feel comfortable! Last few roommates felt more like friends after a time and I’m looking to continue that type of chill respectful vibe. Like to keep and surround myself with good energy and great people. Quiet, chill, clean, respectful. Love to cook, but goes in waves based on workload. Yoga a few days a week. Have a car and enjoy hiking upstate and going on both random local day and weekend adventures to see and try new things and also further trips as well. Ride my bike nearly everyday (depending on weather…), practice yoga, and run from time to time to de stress… not like amazingly, just when needed. My favorite local summer days have been known to include a bike ride to Rockaway, a lobster roll, my sketch book on the beach, and a michelada.
