I am looking for a roommate to rent the guest bedroom in my new apartment at the Newport Bluffs in Newport Beach! I am ideally looking for a 22-32 year old working professional or graduate student to occupy the room. I would prefer for the tenant to be male. Other than just helping me pay rent, it would be ideal if we got along as friends. Move in ASAP or as soon as you need it! Lease is for 13 months but if you need to lease it for less time, I can be flexible.

Due to scaffolding on the building and construction on the outside of the building M-F 9 am - 5 pm through 6/26, the rent from time of move in until July 1st is discounted by 25% ($1,060/month) but will return to regular price (1,412.50/month) after. I will be furnishing the house except for your bedroom, bathroom, balcony.

My name is David and I am a 28 year old male. I am originally from the SF Bay Area. I recently moved to the area to start a new job in engineering. I would prefer for you to be a male just to make the whole situation a bit more simple. Ideally, I am not just looking for someone to help pay rent, but also a friend!

About Me: I like live music, going out to the occasional trivia night or taco tuesday, hiking/skiing/hitting the beach, having the occasional beer or wine after work, and trying new restaurants. On the weekends, I like seeing friends, family, or going out for drinks.

The Newport Bluffs community is beautiful and includes the following amenities among many others: gated community, three resort-style pools with spas/cabanas, BBQs, two night-lit tennis courts, 24-hour fitness center, twice weekly dry cleaning services, regular planned social activities, clubhouses, 2 miles from Fashion Island Shopping Center, 3 miles from the beach, designated parking spot in a detached garage, and washer dryer in unit.

The kitchen has granite countertops, the kitchen appliances are built in, the living room has vaulted ceilings, we are on the 3rd floor with tons of natural light, and you have a balcony!
