2916 sq ft house, HUGE lot in nice neighborhood is both quiet and safe. Spring Branch (NW): outside loop 610, inside of Beltway 8, north of I10, south of 290 – near the intersection of Clay and Blalock.

4 bedroom/3 bath house for 2 people total. No bedrooms have adjacent walls and only 1 of the empty bedrooms is expected to be rented.

1 Bedroom available, furnished with Queen bed, night stand/lamp, pillows, linens, bed covers & towels. Bathroom tub/shower with marble surround, granite counter, maple vanity & linen closet. Bedroom has ceiling fan and sofa style chair. Bedroom is 13’6“ by 13’ and goes for $700/month which includes utilities, use of kitchen, and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Each bedroom has its own separate keyed lock. Or 2nd master bedroom with furnished with Queen bed, night stand/lamp, pillows, linens, bed covers & towels. In suite bathroom shower with marble surround, granite counter, maple vanity & linen closet. Bedroom has ceiling fan and love seat. Bedroom is 17’6“ by 13’6“, has 2 closets and goes for $800/month which includes utilities, use of kitchen, and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Each bedroom has its own separate keyed lock.

Bills included with rent are electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, & WiFi, use of kitchen, washer/dryer. I keep the house around 74-75 degrees, less than that seems cold to me so if you like a cold house, this isn’t a good fit.

House has free over the air TV using a 55“ LCD TV with 4k picture quality upscaling, DVD player and surround sound.

House has oak floors in the bedrooms & living room; Brazilian cherry in the dining, family room & main entry. Tile in the kitchen, bathrooms & utility room.

Large kitchen with granite counter on all four sides & 9’ breakfast bar. Stainless steel gas oven/range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, lots of cabinets. I have most kitchen appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, towels.

House has monitored alarm system. Pocket doors to bedrooms cut noise from main house area.

I have a red heeler & 1 cat. The dog is indoors during the day if I’m home but sleeps outside at night. The dog is restricted to the tiled kitchen & laundry areas. I prefer no additional pets, but I can listen to see if something fits.

Applicants screened for criminal, credit & tenant history for the safety of all with $25 application fee. Move in is first month’s rent plus $500 deposit.

The main rule of the house is courtesy. Clean up after yourself, pay your bills on time, no smoking, honor quiet hours (10 pm – 8 am) & be respectful of all occupants.
