House is a 3bed/3 bath located close to the CSUSB campus. Safe & quite neighborhood. Looking to rent out the large master bedroom. Room is ~13.5x11.5 with private bath. Utilities are evenly split amongst roommates. Free wifi internet. You will have a private entrance to enter/exit from the household.
About the roomies
Currently the couple roommates are moving out so the remaining 2 roommates are 2 males. Both roommates keep to themelves and are usually out at work during the day.
We are looking for someone who is quite and fits in. As it stands now, all of us currently living here are on complete opposite schedules so we hardly run into each other.
