Available for move in today. For the right person(s) (we’re open to a single or couple), this house is absolutely one-of-a-kind. You will be living with 3 young professional guys in their early 30’s that enjoy electronic music, technology, working hard, travel, music festivals, animals, and a fantastic group of friends acquired over the years of living in SF. There is a cat that permanently resides and dog that visits on occasion, although our master lease stipulates no more animals are allowed to live here.

The room: Spacious private bedroom (200 sq. ft.) including a full-wall spanning closet with built-in shelving, partially vaulted ceiling, main window and skylight. Next door is a private disco bathroom with a large, modern shower (excellent water pressure). Yes, a disco bathroom including a disco ball and lasers!

The house: Words don’t do this house justice, but we will try. Spacious 2,500 sq. ft. 4bd/3ba with seriously amazing views of SF through full-floor-to-ceiling glass windows on the second story . Open floor plan in living, dining and kitchen areas. Fully furnished including loaded kitchen, amazing sound system, huge couch, wall art, party lights, TV, etc. Private pool, yes, private pool…lots of floaties but you’re welcome to bring your own also. Tons of storage including multiple closets around the house, ~300 sq. ft. of covered storage around the pool area, an outdoor gated area next to the house, and 2 car garage (sorry, it’s already full of fun machines but some storage space is available). Full disclosure: ~30% of the house storage by the pool is already used for Burning Man camp supplies. 420 Friendly.

The location: high up in the hills between Noe Valley/Glen Park/Diamond Heights. Always street parking within <1 block of the house (only have to move car 2x/month for street cleaning). Safeway, Canyon Market, and Glen Park BART are all 0.6-0.8mi away with a fantastic selection of restaurants within 1mi. Glen Park Canyon is 0.6mi for great natural hiking/running trails.

Rent is $2,250/month for single or $2,500/month for couple

Utilities are typically ~$900/month total which we will split 4 or 5 ways depending if you’re a couple or single. This includes gas, electric, water, trash, premium Comcast internet/TV package, and bi-weekly cleaning.

Needed upon move-in: $3,000 security deposit
