Gilpin Street

We are currently 4 people living in a 3 bedroom townhouse style apartment. One roommate is moving out so we need someone to sublease his room!! Your room would be upstairs, and you’d have a shared bathroom for showering (the other person has their own bathroom without a shower). Full kitchen, washer + drier in unit, shared garage (we rotate), balcony off the living room. The neighborhood is super cool, tons of walkable bars and restaurants, but the street itself is quiet. Don’t currently have any pets but don’t mind if you do! We’re looking for someone who respects the public space, cleans up after themselves (seriously though), and who doesn’t mind having 3 other roommates! We’re cool I swear.
