Great location! Just a 15-minute walk to downtown San Rafael. Close to the 101 or 580 for any easy commute. Washer & dryer located in garage. It’s a cute older house with parking. We have two well behaved dogs, but cannot accept any more pets (maybe a goldfish.) Room is currently unfurnished, but we can provide it furnished if needed. Currently, there is a hideaway bed couch being stored in the room, but can be removed prior to move in. We are a married couple, both 30 years old. Working in the construction and real estate industries. We have 2 well behaved dogs as well. We’re passed our days of partying so if that’s your thing, this may not be a good fit. However, we are outgoing and often go snowboarding, mountain biking, sporting events, and hiking.
