MasterBedroom is available on December 3rd. My lease is ending on March 12th, 2023. I’m going to renewal the lease for another 12 months or 24 months. I’m looking for a working professional who is Responsible, Clean, Easygoing, and Respectful. Prefer vegetarian. Light cooking.

This is a nice and safe place. Great Amenities, security guards on-site, in-building parking space. Cafeteria. A luxury resort lifestyle apartment home. No pool party allows in the apartment. It’s suitable for someone who enjoys a quiet living space.

No loud music, No party, No Pets. Proof of Income, Background, and credit check required.

I’m a working professional and take online college classes part-time. I work in semiconductor industry and company is 15mins from the apartment. I’m a friendly and open mind person. I like to make new friends. I’m a vegetarian, do light cooking at home.

I’m clean, respectful, and responsible.

I like to try out different types of vegetarian food, go to the beach when it’s warm, hike with a few friends, visit the museums. I meditate daily in the morning and evening, so quite space is essential for me. I am creating a peaceful and friendly space to enjoy and share this new apartment.
