Jersey Avenue

We are looking for 1 more roommate in a 4 bedroom apartment on the 16th floor the Cast Iron Lofts building, specifically for the master bedroom. We have 3 roommates (between ages 27-28) currently and will need to find one more ASAP to fill in the last room.

We have been living here going on 4 years now and love this apartment. 2 of the 3 of us work in the city and commute in everyday via a shuttle in the building straight to the PATH. There is free parking on the street but also a parking garage in the building that we can reach out to for pricing if need be (this would be on a monthly basis). There is a grocery store right down the street and everything is very accessible via the shuttle.

We are all close friends and have known each other for many years and are looking for a mellow and reasonable person to join us for a 1 year lease. The building is gorgeous and the apartment comes with the following amenities:

Within the Master: -biggest room in the apartment -walk in closet -has own bathroom (need to share with 1 other roommate only for mornings before work and at night before bed, otherwise we all share our bathrooms) -lock on door

Within the Apartment:

• Washer and Dryer
• 2 bathrooms, both with showers
• Fully stocked kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, stainless steel refrigerator, granite countertops -Central air/heat -Living room has table, 3 couches, 2 TVs mounted on wall, speakers, Xbox

Within Building:

• Gym and roof deck with grills on the 8th floor
• Pool and another roof deck with grills on the 5th floor -Garage for parking -Yoga studio -Bar and Restaurant right next to entrance -doorman -dry cleaning services that deliver straight to the apartment
• If need be, there is a dog park on 8th floor, but you would have to pay fee to have dog/cat in building

What you will need to pay: -Rent is $1,367 per month due on the 1st of each month (can be done online via Cast Iron Lofts portal) -Amenities fee is $400 overall, so we will each pay $100; this will go towards pool, roof deck, gym, shuttle, etc. -Security deposit is $1,337 -Cable is around $35-$40 per person -Electricity fluctuates per month but is around $35-50
