Mary's room

Room is in Irving, 5 minutes from west Dallas. Rent is $550 a month, all BILLS PAID, $50 for deposit. Very low-crime, safe area. Close to McDonalds and bus line, shopping. ROOM DESCRIPTON: Average size, furnished only, clean, carpeted, decorated, quiet. Has closet with shelves. Washer and dryer, central air and heat, PRIVATE parking, WiFi. Use of kitchen and appliances, space in fridge also cabinet space. Very comfortable NEW twin bed with mattress topper. We wash towels and bedding, clean bathroom. Buy your own paper products, Clean up after yourself. Nice bathroom close by (shared with one other roommate who is not home much), we clean bathroom and launder towels. Patio entrance nearby, access to alley, street and private parking. Bus route is one block away, DFW airport 10 minutes, Love Field about 12 min, city of Dallas (west side) only 5 minutes. McDonalds, shopping, gas & car care close by. We do have a small well-behaved male dog who never barks, gets along great with anyone or any other pets. Rent will be $30.00 per month more if a person has a dog (small only) or $20 more if a cat (litterbox in your room). I am almost always home, and will most likely have to pet-sit, so this seems reasonable.

We are a quiet, friendly, honest, easygoing couple who are respectful and thoughtful, so we expect the same from a roommate. Not many visitors. We’re quiet homebodies who mostly watch movies and cook. Both of us work, and I have a home business, so I’m here most of the time. We prefer a mature, honest, and responsible person who will stay six months or longer. No partiers, couples or drama, please. Hope to hear from you!
