Month to month rental room for ONE person. Huge bedroom with Queen bed, night stand and dresser. Has a walking closet plus own bathroom. Utilities included. Will be sharing common areas with 2ppl. Use of the kitchen, laundry, appliances; clean up after yourself of course. No pets. No drama please. No smoking. No overnight guests. It’s a really nice neighborhood and nice place to arrive from work, we also have security system and cameras.

You will be sharing the house with my sister and brother in law, they are hardworking people, respectful and mind to themselves. Willing to help with something you might need.
