I’ve been living in this apartment for a little over 9 months now. I absolutely LOVE my apartment. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bath (you’ll have your own private bathroom) with vaulted ceilings, a skylight, private balcony, TONS of natural light. Kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, oven range, dishwasher, and two big sink basins. You will be taking the master bedroom with it’s own private bathroom + a hallway closet for extra storage. My roommate who is moving out is leaving behind their bed frame, mattress, and rug for the first few months while they get settled in their new place - if this is an issue, we can discuss alternative arrangements. We live in a quiet apartment building (9 units total), in a quiet working class neighborhood. You can easily walk to 4th St shopping, the beach, coffee shops, grocery shopping and more from our building. Our landlord is amazing and fixes any issues within the week of being notified. I am a quiet and clean working professional. I work from home 2 days out of the 5 day work week and go into the office the other 3. I require a quiet and calm living environment as my home is my safe and sacred space. I am in therapy weekly and one of my top priorities in finding a roommate is that we can agree the home is for resting. Ideally you are also on the same healing journey and we can be supportive of each other in that. On the weekends you can find me in a park or hiking. You must LOVE dogs. I have a 5 month old puppy named Ruth (mini Australian Shephard x Poodle mix - hypoallergenic) who is the absolute sweetest. Non-negotiables: MUST be okay with cannabis smoke, monthly roommate check-in (set and/or adjust boundaries, communicate openly about any issues, etc.), quiet mornings and evenings, and no long term visitors - unless discussed and agreed upon (someone who stays over more than 2 consecutive nights).
