We live in a quiet neighborhood right off 575 exit 4 (Bells Ferry) located in a cul-de-sac with quiet / respectful neighbors.
The house is a 3-5 min drive from shopping / restaurants / bars. 8-10 mins from Town Center Mall. 5 mins from interstates and high ways.

The house is a 3 story 4b 2.5 bath home with a pretty big front yard and fenced in back yard. It’s an older home built in the mid/late 80s with modern upgrades. The house is fully furnished and we can provide room furnishings as well.
About the roomies
Currently there are three (males) living in the home. My brother and I live here with our friend of 12 years, Jason.
Jason and I have played music together for years and still gig out once in awhile.
We are all career focused, young professionals. (30-34)
I’m a manager for a Data Science and Analytics recruiting team. My brother Matt is a devOpps and Software engineer. And Jason is a sales consultant for GC.
