I am looking for a female roommate for May 2022 to occupy a room on the upper level of my home. This room would be perfect for someone who is a working professional or student. It’s a side-by-side duplex in a quiet family neighborhood only 15 minutes to Downtown Minneapolis or the U of M by car. It’s close to bus lines and biking distance to all the attractions Northeast can offer, near beautiful parks, shopping centers, restaurants, and more!

The bedroom is spacious, has refinished hardwood floors, central air, big closets, and a lot of natural light coming in from the two windows. The place has new paint throughout, updated bathrooms, new stainless-steel appliances, refinished hardwood floors, and new carpet! It also has a backyard with a fire pit and a parking area. You will be sharing the upper level with another female roommate. There is a full bathroom and extra storage on this level, and another half bathroom on the main level for you and other roommate to share. The main level areas are shared, which includes the living room, kitchen, dining, and laundry. The kitchen has a new stove, new fridge, new microwave, and dining table. I can provide cooking ware, silverware, plates, and bowls if needed. The living room has an HDR TV, with a good quality sound system. The TV has Netflix, Hulu, HBO, YouTube, and a lot more already installed to play with. There are a medium-sized couch and two big Love sac Bean Bags that you will love to sit back or lay down on while watching TV or listening to music on the soundbar. You will have a designated parking spot in the back of the house and there is street parking, as well. All utilities are included in the Rent: High-Speed Internet (Xfinity), Gas, Water, Electric, and Garbage. For your convenience, every month the bathrooms, living room, and kitchen area will be cleaned throughout. Toilet paper, paper towels, and hand/dish soap will be provided in the bathrooms and kitchen.

We expect you as a roommate to be considerate towards others when it comes to loud music or noise late at night, during the workweek. We expect everyone to clean up after themselves after using a shared area, leaving the space clean as it was found.

No pets allowed.

No smoking inside the house.

Rent: $650.00 -all utilities and services included.

Deposit: $500.00

We are a married couple in our mid-twenties. We work from 9-5 during the week and off on the weekends. We like to spend our time off relaxing, resting at home, or doing outdoor activities. For most of our time we enjoy our privacy and stay to ourselves, but don’t mind the occasional time spent. We have our mini apartment on the lower level with our personal entrance and exit, so the only area that we will use, and share is the kitchen and laundry.
