Private room available 3/1/2024 in a 3 bed/2b home. Very quiet neighborhood in walking distance to grocery and some restaurants, and about a mile from downtown Redlands. Room is medium sized, small closet. Windows facing north west, views of front yard. Rent is $850/m.

Shared bathroom was recently remodeled and would be shared with another roommate. Backyard was just landscaped with fresh new grass and brick work, has an orange tree, lemon tree and a vegetable garden. Pergola recently installed perfect for having dinner outside in the summer. Big, brand new remodeled kitchen and attached sun room. Driveway is wide, with street parking available as well. One car garage has washer/dryer in it for use.

Utilities (city/electric/water/gas/wifi) are split 3 ways and usually due in the middle of the month, rent due at the first of the month. Pest control and lawn care are covered. Household chores are shared and expected to be done by all.

Roommates are moving out due to engagement and career change.

Roommate is a working professional, coffee drinkers and like to spend time outside. There are two dogs in the home who tend to be quiet and keeps to themselves, but also love attention when they receive it.
