You’ll be sharing a large 3800 sq. ft. house with 3 other roommates, located in san marcos on Double peak. We are seeking a roommates to share house expenses. Renter of the bedroom will have full use of the house (Kitchen, Laundry Room, dinning, etc.) Rent will be $1,200month + 1/5 utilities, cleaning svcs, trash, electric, water & Cleaning ladies that come twice a month :) .
