I’m renting a very large brand new spacious house in San Diego. I have two rooms I’m renting out, one is has an attached bathroom the other has a private bathroom but not attached.

Apartments suck! This is a great house, if we are a good fit you’ll love the house at first glance. I’m a working professional, very casual, laid back, I am gay (not flamboyant) and I’m looking for another mature established professional, gay or someone who is okay with my sexual orientation. I offer a fun and friendly house and I’m looking to rent out a bedroom with full access to the house. I love to cook, bbq, and have casual nights hanging out on a occasion. I’m not a huge drinker but I do enjoy a good cocktail or a glass of wine. Not into large parties, but it’s cool and I encourage small get togethers with friends. No smoking of any kind in the house and no drugs please. I’m a flight instructor and corporate pilot. I love the outdoors, hiking, backpacking, camping, skiing, good food and wine. The bedroom is a good size room with a private bath not attached but very close.
