Pond Street

The apartment is located in a small neighbourhood in Orono, ME. It is right on the bus route of Black Bear Express. It is roughly a mile away from campus, and I would consider it within walking distance. One room is available and it is pretty decent sized. The apartment has a shared bathroom and a medium sized kitchen. There is parking included and laundry is 2$ per load in the basement.

As of right now only two are looking to stay. The first is a 27 year old grad student that works for the university. She is responsible, clean and keeps mostly to herself. The second roommate is 21 year old accounting major. She keeps to herself and has a cat named venus that mostly stays in her room. They are both hardworking students that like keeping clean environments.
